Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of checkout (except on Christmas or public holidays). Order tracking details will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@desogerm.com.au so that we can resolve any issues. In the event of a refund, the products will need to be returned via Registered Post – you will need to pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. G M Trading Co Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
